Welcome to MB Words Of We https://wordsofwe.com ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Overview

This website operates as an online bookstore and independent publishing platform. It is designed to:

• Sell books and other related products directly to customers

• Offer authors the opportunity to publish through our platform

• Provide publishing support and exposure for selected works

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including text, graphics, images, branding, and layout - is the property of Words Of We unless otherwise stated and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Authors retain full copyright to their original work unless otherwise agreed upon in a signed publishing agreement.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping fees apply and vary by region.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched via postal or courier services.

• You will receive a tracking number (if available) upon shipment.

• We are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
  

4. Exchanges & Refunds

We only accept exchanges for books that are damaged upon arrival or contain printing defects.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not available once an order has been delivered.

5. Author Submissions & Publishing

We welcome submissions from independent authors. By submitting your manuscript or proposal, you confirm that:

• The work is your own original creation

• You have full rights and authority to submit the material

• You are open to being contacted for publishing discussions
  

If accepted, a separate publishing agreement will govern the partnership. We offer:

• Full operational support from printing to publishing

• Exposure through our platform and community

• Distribution via our store

• The author retains full creative control and provides final print-ready files
  

Please note that acceptance or commercial success of any submission is not guaranteed.

6. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal information provided during checkout or author submissions will be kept confidential and used only for order processing or communication. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products

• Losses caused by delays, shipping issues, or technical malfunctions

• Errors in submitted manuscript files (authors are responsible for final versions)
