About Us
'Words Of We' began as a small independent publisher - a place to let one artist speak, uncensored. However, at its core, it always had an ambition to grow further and it is still growing as you read this sentence.
We’ve created this space for people to find us. The rebels, the changemakers, the thinkers. We want to share art and words that radiates meaning. Makes us think a little bit more, or feel a little more deeply.
We believe in truth, so much that it sometime makes us uncomfortable. We like the rawness of the life, and the authenticity of our emotions.
We accept ourselves as we are and we’re unafraid to question it. We know we’re meant to change and we embrace it all by writing about it. By talking about. And then, by sharing it with anyone else who may need to hear it.
For now we publish books and write essays. It’s not a lot but it’s intentional. We’re looking to expand and welcome more writers into our community. More voices and even more opinions.
We’re here to change the world.
And as funny as it sounds, we believe it. And because we believe it, we might as well just do it.
One word at a time.

Irma Vado is a writer, artist, and founder of Words Of We - a media publishing platform dedicated to language as a tool for cultural transformation.
Born in Kaunas, Lithuania, Irma has always worked at the intersection of creativity and reflection. As both a musician and a writer, she treats words not just as expression, but as instruments of change, capable of shifting perspectives, shaping culture, and building community.
Her work resists simplification. Whether through music, essays, or published projects, Irma’s voice is uncompromising in its search for clarity and meaning. She believes that writing is not only an art form, but a responsibility, a way to bring honesty into a culture that often avoids it.
With Words Of We, she set out to build a platform that is a collective space for dialogue, truth-telling, and creative thinking. Guided by the belief that authenticity can move people more powerfully than perfection, Irma’s mission is clear - to make words matter, and to use them as a force for connection and collective growth.
“If I’m out of everything, at least I’ll have a couple of words left to say.”
Meet The Founder
We aim to make philosophy personal. To make meaning accessible. To turn our everyday experience into literature that resonates, challenges, heals, and inspires.
Our mission is to empower writers, whether emerging or established, to speak their truth, and to bring those truths into the hands of readers seeking more than just a story.
We believe in thoughtful publishing. In mindful readership. In shared humanity. We make books and content for one ultimate goal - to connect.
Our Mission

Our authors are not defined by genre, status, or credentials. They are defined by courage - to feel deeply, think differently, and write honestly.
From fresh voices sharing their first truths, to seasoned writers shaping their legacies, our authors bring with them experience, insight, and a desire to connect.
Every voice we publish adds to the conversation we’re building – one of openness, evolution, and genuine human depth.
