Meet the Founder
Irma Vado is the heart behind Words of We.
A writer, musician, philosopher, and guide – she founded this space as both a home and a movement. Born in Kaunas, Lithuania, and shaped by a deep spiritual journey, Irma is an old soul forever seeking truth in a noisy world. Her mission is simple: to help people return to themselves.
After breaking free from a life bound by rules and expectations, Irma chose expansion – not just for herself, but for those around her. She believes that the greatest gift we can give the world is our authenticity. Through Words of We, she invites others to write, reflect, and rise – together.
